Neil Pinnick - have to give you a shout out for the inspection report I received on one of my listings today. WOW - thorough, informative and not terrifying. I work mainly on the seller's side of transactions and I have to say, this is one of the best inspection reports I've received. And, it wasn't a "perfect" house, but, the sellers didn't feel attacked by the inspection process. They are 1st time home sellers, they felt less nervous after meeting you Sunday.
